Pro-choice consequences

I am a married man with a mother and a sister. I tried to float the idea out there to my wife and mother of a work stoppage until our employers and representatives commit to preventing Roe v. Wade from being overturned. On both instances I was met with extreme hostility by both my mother and wife and was told that I was being ridiculous and asking for too much. I'm sorry, but I am committed to making sure my wife, mother, and sister and any other future women in my family have the right to bodily autonomy guaranteed by Federal Law. Am I really being too radical demanding that my employer put real hard dollars behind this? I work for a liberal credit union who cannot legally turn a profit and they donate millions every year to various charities with religious and secular beliefs to offset their profits. I…
