Ive got to vent somewhere so ill post here.
Either mental or physical, your health is your responsibility and do not take your employers or coworkers for concern for your health for granted.
I work construction for HVAC installation. Long story short we work with Duct Seal that is known to cause cancer, nervous system issues and infertility. Says it right on the label. Nobody reads the shit. They sent one of my coworkers into ductwork with it to seal from the inside and he passed out from lack of adequate ventilation. They expected this to happen as thankfully they had tied a rope to him to pull him out. There was not any precaution in place to conserve his health Save the rope for WHEN he passes out. This is a daily occurence not exclusive to my company alone. We don't get ventilationor respirators and if you ask its a whole thing about how youre not a real man type shit.
Simply put. The people profiting from your labor, don't give a shit about your mental well being, your posture or your longevity. I feel like merely another body to be buried in the pyramid. Fuck this whole system.
Also a coworker killed himself this year because others were talking about fucking his wife. It wasn't true but he thought it was. They still talk and make jokes about it. I'm at my wits end here in this miserable inhuman discompassuonate wage slavery world and leaving this job as soon as possible but as a final reminder PLEASE take care of yourself because no God damned boss or beurocrat is going to.
