Gave my 2 week notice recently and HR contacted me today. They sent me a written exit interview. Should I fill this out? I’m weary of writing anything down that could potentially be used against me. I would include the questions but I’d prefer to remain in anonymity if possible. The questions essentially include why are you leaving, what can we do better, is there anything that was unclear, etc.
I do have issues with some of the things and would like to speak my mind but I’m mostly unfamiliar with the exit interview process and the company I work for doesn’t take criticism the best.
