I’m going to make this as short as possible…
I work at an Amazon warehouse and recently they have taken away our chairs at our desks.
Now we have to stand for our entire 10 hour shift at a desk and our back/feet are all starting to ache and it’s taking a toll on my coworkers as they don’t want us to have any padding either (standing on concrete).
Is there any osha laws or anything that could help us get our chairs back?
I know it may sound silly but doing this for 40+ hours a week is growing exhausting
