Last month, our workplace got hacked and the hackers claim to have a ton of company information. They don’t say if employees personal information was taken and our workplace is not telling us either. As a precaution I changed my banking information, it’s not much but at least it put my mind at ease a little. So now my company wants my new bank information for direct deposit, but the problem is they haven’t updated their protection and are still vulnerable to more attacks. I’ve been asking them to write me checks and they have until now, where it seems like they’re refusing. What are my options? Locations is Montreal, Quebec. Thanks for the help.
