What would you say to your boss if you were questioned about your sick day, I.e. “why did you call in when you know that we struggle to cover your shift?” Or other harassing, intimidating, accusatory questions? I'm bracing myself for today's shift & potential meeting over yesterday's absence and I just want to be prepared. Thanks
