Questions to ask in an interview to figure out if an office is laid-back and not a meat grinder?

I have been working as an engineer for a few years and I am tired of being stressed at work and having “emergencies” come up that make me stay late. What are some tactful ways to ask if I can just do 8 hours and GTFO and leave work at the office when I am in an interview?
