My job, like all other jobs, has an employee handbook on everything what the worker needs to do, yada yada. But whats the kicker on why I'm asking here is, What's the legality if your old employee handbook is dated ahead of your new handbook
(ex. old Jan 20th 2020 and new one dated Jan 9th 2020)
They did have some kind of no verbal pressure to have new tax documents made and sign some cover page to have us sign that we agree to it all.
Idk whats going on honestly, did they (management) just fucked us over?
