I am quiting my job one day for a lot of reasons.
- All the fun things we used to do are long lost memories. The annual amusement park trips for the whole family, the customer service week events, random dinners. State Fair tickets got halfed this year.
The Christmas holiday party used to be amazing, everyone would get gifts! Quality fun! Then the quality went way down, gifts became junk that you would have to win in a drawing. Food became slop, then you got to buy your drinks.

Pay increases are so small they are pointless, they give us 2% when inflation is way more than that.
-
Commision taken off of many things, commission dramatically lowered year over year and never adjusted for inflation or anything.
-
My anniversary plaque has my name misspelled.

The bullonare owner doesn't even come to area sites. He sticks to corporate HQ. Doesn't want to hear our mouths.

Customers are evil
So what I want to do is I want to get maximum FSA for 2024, spend the whole damn thing on 1/2, and quit on 1/3. Will I face any repercussions? Will they try to take my last check. I'm also considering just keeping and reformatting the laptop since it is nice and I don't recall signing anything for it.
