I have spoken to many people who agree I have been very unfairly treated as a support analyst
-My training was “throw you into the deep end and hope you swim”
-told I could switch to a developer role after 6 months… then 1 year…. Then 2 years till I would even be considered for the role

boss told us 2,000 wage increase (as the pay was only €25K a year) after probation the first week I started – “I never said that” (yes it was verbal but multiple people remember this as they were in the room)

boss nitpicking everything I did wrong but the same issues if done by someone else wasn’t a problem (multiple examples)
This job was awful for me mentally and now I am pursuing something that I enjoy and I am excited for the next chapter
