Quitting my job as I feel taken advantage of

I've been working for this company for roughly two years as a Senior equity analyst role. My boss is totally incompetent, lazy, and micromanaging in nature. He knows that certain work takes two weeks but pushes us to finish in less than a week. He will come and nag every time about me not working hard enough. PS I am pretty much running the whole department workflow myself, I was also promised a promotion which never happened, but got a small salary raise instead. My boss does no work at all, he just sits in his office all day staring at flights, and gives us all the dirty workload. But for me the main issue lately has been that it's August, and there has been no mention of KPI's for the year. Last year, we had our KPI's clear and passed them with flying colors. But for me the main issue lately has been that it's August, and there has been no mention of KPI's for the year. Last year, we had our KPI's clear and passed them with flying colors. The last time I spoke to him about it, he said “it's still in the talks”, brushing it off like it's not a big deal.

Also, he is very aggressive and makes a fuss every time I apply for an annual leave, he will delay it as much as possible and say “Sure, we will see”.

Are these enough reasons to quit my job?
