I think the reason why nobody here wants to work is the constant stress put on the nervous system. Therefore disliking it is justified.
However if mental health was prioritized in the work force, I think things would be very different. For example. These are the changes I'd implement

More sick days (paid legal 3 plus unpaid). Therefore if you're facing a mental health crisis you aren't obliged to come in. You may not get paid after a certain amount but you can't legally be fired

Stop focusing so much on employment gaps in resumes. Resumes have become like a criminal record these days where you can be punished based on past behavior. If someone has a mental or physical breakdown it shouldn't mean they are confined to working as a dish washer because nobody else will hire them

The ability to sit when standing isn't needed. You're just as productive anyways

Being able to leave early if uou don't need to be there/no work needs to be done.

It's the constant pressure that makes people depressed, anxious, experience insomnia and eventually want to quit
