I have to physically bite my tongue to keep from telling the people constantly trying to micro manage me. I’ve learned just to ignore them, or take over an hour to do something they want of me. Since what they’re asking is usually extra work, I don’t have to do it that minute like they want.
I have been pretty snarky of late. Like a machine will be running bad, and they’ll message me asking if I’m even aware of the situation. Of course I’m aware. Sometimes I just don’t know how to fix it. But I’m working on figuring that out dammit!
I’ve told one of the engineers that if they want information when they want it, to get off their ass at home and come into work to get it themselves. I am busy trying to make the line run properly. You don’t like my adjustment? Ok come and fix it yourself.
These guys will stalk the chats on their off hours when they aren’t even getting paid. What the hell guys. It’s 2am on a Saturday night, you could’ve just told us you’re an emotionalless hack of a loser.
