After almost a year of work in this company and delivering my work without any issue (until now I was told that I make really good job so) received formal warning beacuse I communicated problem with one task. Now boss is all over my ass and and I'm seriously considering leaving. I like the job and the company, but this one move which I don't even understand killed my attitude and I do not care about fixing it. Funny how one asshole event can destroy whole motivation and enjoyment.
