Recruiter trying to withhold salary budget. I’m not looking for a job and was going to use this as leverage for a raise. Enjoy the response. Wondering what their response will be.

Hi. I’m not actively seeking other employment. If the employer isn’t willing to be upfront about their salary range I’m not going to be investing a lot of working hours time into what will inevitably be a multi interview process. I do not intend to come off as rude, I value my time and respect a company that also values it. I’ve been in contact with many other recruiters who have reached out to me recently and most of them are forthcoming when asked. If this prospective employer decides to be forthcoming on the matter I am willing to invest my time via interviews. Thank you
