This is the message I received today less than 15 days before I am expected to transfer I guess. I will be losing Tips which is $3.50 to $5 an hour… 30 minute drive compared to a five minute bike ride. Beyond that my car is not reliable and I usually ride my bike. I am a single father, who gets his daughter to school every day with just enough time to make it to work….. not to mention my dogs I have to take out…. I feel fucked. I have worked hard, and been very dedicated the whole time through for 3.5 years. I started at the first store (there are 8 now) and am the fifth longest employee at the company and that’s included the two owners and first 2 managers. If anybody has any advice as well, I am more than willing to hear it.
