Just wanted to share a story of what happened at my work. I work in a distribution center, it's a big warehouse with multiple departments. A month or two before I started slowly getting the word out and people seemed interested if others were. There were a few things the strike requested but I'm mostly looking at the $20 min wage.
A week before the strike, there's a huge meeting where they tell us all the departments min wage was going to $18 from $15. That's great ofc but no one would strike after that. The strike was for a lot more but after the raise no one wanted to. I feel it could have been planned but I could also be paranoid.
