Today marks three months of me doing a “three week favor” in my department. They said the position would be filled in “three to four weeks” and that was back in January.
I took over (temporarily, but now feels more permanent) for a lady that issued parking placards at my building and for one across the street (a building I have never been in). She worked 40hrs/wk and had a salary. I am doing her workload, plus my workload, without any hint of a pay raise.
They eliminated a position and are saving money, while I am doing two jobs. I love it here
