I have seen all the stuff about remote work, hybrid work and such.
I have worked from home mostly for about the past 10 years or so.
If my company today said, we are removing remote working and returning to the office, I would still be able to work from home. The reason for this?
I am not classified as a remote worker. I simply got my contract of employment to say that my normal place of work is my home address. They can change policies as much as they want but it is not so easy to change a contract of employment.
Don't be classified as a remote worker, be an office worker with your home address as the office you work from.
