I work a minimum wage restaurant job and requested a date two weeks from now off. This is the policy at every job i’ve had so far and it’s more than enough time for managers to accommodate. I get a text back saying it’s okay this time, but in the future I need to request days off a month in advance?? I don’t even know what i’m doing tomorrow, let alone next month. Respectfully, I’m getting paid minimum wage. Please calm down y’all are doing too much Is this ridiculous or am I just being dramatic please let me know lol.
