I'm noticing that many recruiters, firms etc are not following the law. I've read that there is a penalty for these companies if they fail to comply. I would like to know how to report violations, and then create a tool for the public to send reports of violations to the state, so they can fine them that slap on a wrist (500 to 1k is so low).
I'm truly tired of people not doing it the right way. This is supposed to be a market – how can I tell if a job is going to meet my needs without price information?
Any advice is welcome. I've taken a look at the L&I Page but there doesn't seem to be a form for reporting violations.
