So long story short… I live in the GTA and before the pandemic I used to make it to work on time and roughly in 30 minutes i was at work it was awesome! Fast forward to pandemic we were told to work remote… Fast forward four years and we got the RTO. Now it takes me just over an hour to get to work and go home from work its exhausting because of immigration population increase jam packed transit makes me always late unless i wake up at 4am take the first bus and just wait around outside to start work. Boss doe not understand this so now he wants me on a punch clock? I feel getting burnt out very soon! Been here for 17 years and yet they treat me like this? I know they don't care but love my job and what i do just this dumb immigration and population taking transit absolutely suck! Really want to quit but at 48 I don't have the patience to look. Do you think with a doctors help i can switch things around?
