Screw the Mcdonalds manager who made me cry

When I was 17, I started working at the local McDonald's. Everyone had these cute little pins that they put on their hats, not all of them were themed after the restaurant but some were. I had gotten a pair of earrings from my grandma that I didn't want to wear but thought they would be perfect for my hat, I put one on the corner and wore it for around a month. One day I was upfront and the main manager was talking to me, somehow my pin came up. She began to embarrass me in front of several other people by telling me how I wasn't permitted to have anything that wasn't from the company. So I started to cry while I took the earring off that so offended her. The shitty shift leader then pointed out her new pin and said “look mine isn't breaking the rule!”…

So I started to cry while I took the earring off that so offended her. The shitty shift leader then pointed out her new pin and said “look mine isn't breaking the rule!” Which just made it worse. I had another co-worker who had the second earring, and she was never told off for it.

The best part is the fact that another co-worker wore these bright hairpin things on her hat and never got introuble. I genuinely think that manager had it out for me, constantly talking me down and telling me I wasn't good enough. Yelling at me for things that were not my fualt and attempting to make me do jobs that were not mine to do. She also touched me on a few occasions (just my shoulders but thats not then point) which I think I should've reported, but I was a shy teen and didn't think I had any ground to report her.

She also attempted to make us clock out to go to the bathroom if that tells you anything else. I actually did refuse to do that.
