“Self assessment” given to my coworkers in lieu of our usual annual review

My coworkers were getting really fed up with some things around the office (no raises, no sick days, no benefits) so they all decided to schedule their reviews on the same day, one after the other. Our boss had to leave work that day because his father was in the hospital (understandably), but instead of letting them reschedule their review he sent them this…. Oh, and only to my female coworkers.
