Should forced arbitration clauses be outlawed?

I work in STEM and I’m well aware that these clauses are ubiquitous in most large corporations, but…. I feel they shouldn’t be legal at all. It’s just a company’s way to bully the little guy. Like, if a company does me wrong, I have to sit in a room and allow an arbitrator of their choice choose who is right? How the fuck is this legal??? Arbitrators are supposed to be impartial, but it seems the companies always get to choose them 🤔
