Should I bring this up with FairWork or upper management?

Hi y’all. I (21f) currently work at a local pharmacy of a small city in QLD, Australia. It’s a fairly big store for out here, and have a range of different ages. I’ve just learnt, however, that the junior pharmacy assistants (>18 years old) are only getting $11.56 per hour on weekdays AT MAX. I’ve had a look at the award (code: MA000012) but it only states for pharmacy assistant level 1, which I’m not sure if that includes juniors as well. Even if it didn’t, the pay should be 60% of an adult wage at 17, right? I want to bring this up with the management of our business, but the problem is, is that there’s a clause in my contract that says that employees shouldn’t discuss wages with one another. Is there a way to get around this, or is it more worth to speak with FairWork Australia?…
