Basically title. My boss has been upset waiting for us to count the tips put at the end of the day and told us we should punch out before we “play with out money”. In my mind this is a work task like mopping or anything else but I wasn't sure enough to press the issue. Do I have to punch out before counting up tips or not? I'm in NY btw
