Should I feel bad for wanting part time?

Hey all, I recently started a new remote job after leaving my IT MSP job of 3 years. My old job had a lot of issues, low pay, unfair boss, poor benefits, not to mention I was feeling really burnt out. I'd approached my boss to see if I could work part time, but they didn't go for it, so I left. Fast forward a few weeks and I found myself with a remote IT job and slightly better pay. Hey all,

I recently started a new remote job after leaving my IT MSP job of 3 years.

I was pretty excited but also nervous as it's hard to really gauge a job from an interview and job description.

Well I've been here for about a month and I just don't like it. It's basically a call center, with decent pay and benefits, but you are taking call after call after call. It's brutal, and in the next few days the calls are going to increase as I'm moving to a general queue with more responsibility.

I feel like I just want to work less, I want to work part time. I thought changing jobs would be better but I feel like I ended up in a worse place than before. Looking around for part time and it's just a complete shit show. All low paying and 24/7 availability.

I just don't know what to do.
