Bootlickers are the Problem

If it's one thing I cannot stand more than awful bosses and CEOs are their bootlickers. At my previous job, I brought up grievances that everyone else was too cowardly to agree with. Some of them agreed with me in secrecy, but now they act like I don't exist. One former co-worker even gaslit me when I brought up my low salary. “You get paid enough.” I didn't think a co-worker was even capable of saying that. It just goes to show how we've been totally programmed to not question authority at all, to the point of throwing other workers under the bus, even with no benefit for ourselves. Are you getting paid more or receiving more benefits for being a Karen at work? I'm bringing this up since I don't believe it's brought up enough. Honestly it can be applied anywhere: work, politics, celebrities. It's such a cancer.
