Should I give notice or just quit

So I work for a debt settlement co as a negotiator… basically I call creditors and pay a reduced rate on behalf of customers that are enrolled. I’ve been here 3 months today. Was basically told that we wouldn’t have to call clients, blah blah blah. Fast forward to now, and I’m expected to call clients daily to ask them to add extra funds so that we can make $$$ faster. Every single time I do, the client wants to drop out, and I don’t blame them. Icing on the cake is that we have an entire dept dedicated to this, yet us negotiators are still expected to do it. Also, this company will literally let clients get sued while our system’s AI settles non legal accounts with impunity. We had our monthly company meeting last week, and I asked what % of enrolled clients made it all the way…

We had our monthly company meeting last week, and I asked what % of enrolled clients made it all the way to graduation…. No one said anything.

Place is a literal dumpster fire, and the above plus ridiculous goals caused me to get another job…

I start a week from Monday. I want to give a week notice, but am worried they’ll cut me loose that day.

Should I give notice, or just tell them day of?
