So I am connected with my current managers and employer through LinkedIn, but I was put on the PIP and I am spending every night after work looking for another job.
My connections use LinkedIn regularly so they can like and share posts of the corporate company. Would I garner negative attention if I put “Open to Work” on my avatar? It seems like such a minor thing, but at this point I don't think I can pass the PIP, because I have to impress this one specific coworker in order to pass, and honestly they're a very jaded person.
