Should I quit my job before finding another?

From what I’ve read and heard the job market is terrible right now, but at this point so is my current job. • My manager was suddenly changed.
  • I was asked to take on a “expanded role” and join the company’s leadership team without a pay increase or title change
  • I was asked to lead a project but then kept out key meetings regarding the project
  • Without apology, I’ve been contacted while out on PTO incessantly
  • The organization is very cliquish and passive aggressive behavior is accepted and commonplace.
  • The organization has a culture of favoritism and is very hierarchical
  • I had to reach out to my manager to request regular check ins

In addition to my everyday checking/savings, I’ve saved about $20k over the past year and have a separate savings account with about $30k that I wouldn’t touch.

My apartment lease is up in two months and rent likely wouldn’t be a factor, but I recognize that the job market is brutal right now.

I don’t want to stay in this role but I also don’t want to be unemployed for a crazy long time.
