Should I Report My Company?

So I recently started a job that I didn’t really want but more so took out of necessity. We work off commission selling shoes but get an hourly rate of $15 an hour, if your commission is greater than the hourly you get commission if not you get hourly but not both. The shoe store is in a mall which closes at 8, the schedule is on a piece of paper, there’s no clocking in or out and it always says we’re only scheduled til 8 so we only get paid til 8. We also don’t really get lunch breaks either we just get to run to the food court and bring food back to scarf down as fast as we can so that’s cool.

TLDR: Started new job, being forced to work hours I don’t get paid for, don’t get a lunch break. Wondering what steps to take to fix the problem
