My hours got reduced to 1 day a week after I called out sick twice in the span of 2 months with no warning or absence point system. Anyway I just stopped showing up and now they asked if I could drop by and sign the termination papers. I’m making money from another things so I’m chillin but I really want to just tell her “why would I waste my gas?”. I’m in CA but I’m not too familiar with the laws and such. Is there a benefit to signing it or is it a waste of time?
