I'm planning on quitting my current job, which I've honestly hated for a few years now. I was gifted 1 week of leave as a bonus a while ago, and I don't know if it will get paid out when I leave. I would love to put in my 2 weeks and then jet out a week early and get paid for it
The problem is it's a federal job, and I don't want to be barred from getting any other federal jobs. I'm also pretty cautious about this stuff in real life, which doesn't quite help.
Would it be terrible of me to use my paid leave during a 2 week notice period?
