Ok I know its pretty much always been this way, but I guess the actual question I'm asking is Why.
I'm at the beginning of setting up my social media manager business with the idea of being a digital nomad at the end…but at the moment I don't have a big source of income and I'm looking for ways to make money on the side while I get my business going. I've just started looking into VA jobs as a side hustle or PT job.
Yesterday I signed up on Freelancer and Fiverr because they're the most popular sites for finding work, now though I'm getting quickly disallusioned because it feels like even if I want to do this as a side project, I still have to make a whole business out of it even when I have a business already and people hiring are stil doing their usual bullshit of making freelancers compete against each other and asking people to prove why they are the absolute best candidate for the position 🫤
I'm specifically going freelance to avod that toxic and tiresome nonsense but it seems I cant get away from it! I'm tired, I'm frustrated and I'm a bit upset to be honest..
SoI go back to my original question, why the hell is job searching such a pain in the ass and so godamned difficult?!
