Sitting in front of the computer

When I'm sitting at my work, I can't resist thinking that something went terribly wrong. We weren't meant to spend our days in front of the screen and limit our movements to clicking the mouse and clapping the keyboard. It's something so unnatural for humans that I can't grasp the fact how most of us nevertheless adapted to the demands of this lifestyle. Some days I dread every minute of my working hours and yearn for at least 15 minutes of walk or sleep, whatever, just something different than sitting in a rigid position under constant supervision. When I meet people who seem to be cool about it, I feel like I'm talking to aliens.
