So my job description suddenly changed and they say I no longer qualify for my position. They gave me 3 options.

1. I can quit
2. I can move to a different shift and take a pay cut. (They know I have kids and can’t take this shift)
3. They offered a 4 week severance package IF I promise not to sue them.

I told them I wanted 8 weeks. If you want me to sign something promising I won’t sue I must have something on them.
