Someone please help me to work up the courage to say “that’s above my pay grade” to my boss

I feel like the work I do is just too complex for $14 an hour. There's way too many things I have to check for, keep track of, and stay organized on. To me, flipping burgers would be easier. The only thing is that this job does come with a number of benefits, including paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days, and paid 45 minute lunch break. On top of all this there are free snacks and water bottles provided to us, which I find useful for making homemade electrolyte drinks. Not a lot of jobs offer all of that, which is why I'm nervous. On top of all this there are free snacks and water bottles provided to us, which I find useful for making homemade electrolyte drinks. Not a lot of jobs offer all of that, which is why I'm nervous.

But I've worked there for almost two years now and have a lot of experience doing the complicated tasks my boss asks us to do. I know how to use our database system, aerial imaging software, use the benefit access system for taxpayers who qualify for government assistance, answer the phone and provide helpful information, and use the software Visio for creating blueprint sketches of properties. So I have a lot of skills built up that wouldn't easily be taught to a new hire. It'd take at least six months to a year to teach them all I know.

So it's a bit of a delicate situation, we each have chips to offer on the bargaining table. I'm looking for the best way to phrase it or best time to go about telling her. Our bi-annual reviews will be coming up soon and she discusses pay increases during this time, so I'm thinking I may wait till then and if she doesn't offer a pay increase then I'll demand one.
