Staying at a major hotel chain in Northern Minnesota that pays $12.00 per hour but is mad they find or keep workers.

I’m staying at a hotel that’s part of a major chain in Northern Minnesota. The General Manger checked us in and mentioned there would only be housekeeping upon request and that the on site restaurant in only open on Friday and Saturday nights because she can’t find help. When I asked why, she said people just don’t want to work and if she hires someone, they quit after a few weeks. A sign in the lobby stated the pay was $12.00/hr, mandatory weekends, and if applying for a front desk position mandatory overnights. I think I found her problem.
