My partner’s store was the first in the country to unionize. 13 stores have followed suit. 4 out of the 6 Minnesota store are striking today and tomorrow. If you’d like to help their efforts, here are some ideas:

Half Price Books has repeatedly failed to approach negotiations with the respect and seriousness we deserve, and refused to show up to bargaining today.
We're calling on customers to not shop at our four union stores today, and instead help amplify our voices by calling all our union locations and expressing your disappointment: tell management that a family-owned company like HPB should live up to their values and treat us with respect, stop breaking the law during negotiations, and work with us to reach a fair deal with a living wage.
