Surviving in the UK as a part time worker

I've been suggested by my family to move to the UK (England specifically), currently I am in an Asian country. They suggest I move to the UK after getting a scholarship and study there. My concern is even with 100% of my education paid via scholarship, will I be able to work part time and survive off my earnings? I checked google and the minimum wage come out as £10.18/hour or £ 203.6 /month working part time or 20 hours, and according to THIS website, rent alone can cost anywhere from £467.92 to £3,840.00 Even if I find accommodation somewhere with other students, I feel like the cost of groceries and transportation would kill me. 1) I won't be working full time
2) I'm not even a graduate so it's unlikely I'll find anything other than minimum wage jobs
