Said that my only option is to take a base-rate position if I want to work less hours. I said the pay is incredibly low at that position, manager laughed and said yeah agree. Manager said that now when I study I'm not as committed to the company for my position i'm currently in. I only asked to work one day less a week which isn't possible unless getting a paydecrease, my tasks will be less but I have worked within the company for over 4 years.
