Every time we have a class that involves talking about the generations, it always comes up that Millennials have it so good.
I've started lighting these Boomer ladies up on this shit.
One time, this lady explained that Millennials could have all been aborted so the fact that they are alive shows that they were all wanted by their parents (that lady's gen) who loved them more than any gen of parents before.
Another time, this lady explained that the Millennials were “the most tranquil generation” compared to her Vietnam/Watergate/recession gen. I was like, “the fuck? We finished high school with 9/11 and then had 21 years of pointless war with a giant housing crash, oil spills, $4 gas in 2008, and then a workforce bloated with people like you hanging on to all the high paying positions.”
