I work in customer service at a company and those morons did the schedules in such a way that the amount of workers does not stay consistent throughout the day. Because of that, the vacation time goes from 6 am to 3 pm. That means that if you work a 9hr shift, and start at 6 am, all good, you can take your vacation day no problem (as long as there is availability for that day), otherwise, if you start at 7 or later, you can just suck a rock because if you send the request is will be denied because there is no availability on your shift. How can a company be that stupid, it is unbelieavable.
