The devil I know giving me plenty of reasons to go

I went for promo over a year ago, that just “fell off” no explanation, HR person left. New manager takes over, I go for promo again, going through all necessary interviews again, while still being the leader and training new people. I find out that several newer staff that I trained get promoted and they were told to be quiet about it. Why? I ask Manager what the hold up is about my answer. I am strong along being told different timelines for the answer, having to ask because follow up isn’t done and communication is awful. I was eventually told that I probably have it because “no one else applied for the spot on the weekend”. More weeks go by totalling several months. I am called into a meeting where I am told lies about my performance and they say I need to be evaluated for another 90 days…

I am called into a meeting where I am told lies about my performance and they say I need to be evaluated for another 90 days by a different manager (another newbie that isn’t my direct manager at all) and then they will make a decision based on that. Manager refuses to ask my direct supervisor or people who work with me directly for 10 years about my performance, which is excellent. I ask revue manager for advice 2 weeks after the meeting just to find out that he was not informed that he was evaluating me at all. So I was lied to about that as well. Then I found out from Manager that he is leaving. So obviously I have more concerns because people are not doing their job and communicating, just making excuses and trying to make it look like I’m angry because I didn’t get an answer that I wanted. I am being singled out and being taken advantage of because I have been doing the job of the promotion by training people, who obviously passed standards to be promoted (even though they were new). The program is being mismanaged and I am being run around and taken advantage of and being disrespected and treated completely unfairly because of it. I asked for advice from my superiors about any ways they think I could improve and Manager told me that she was concerned about that and to just ask her, when she doesn’t see me and is not available to be asked, and also that was not the chain of command. I am being lied to over and over and the result of others lack of communication with my direct supervisor and coworkers, including other SRSs is being dismissed as “just a snipet” of my work. So many poor excuses. I have had issues with coworkers that I solved directly, and one that could not be solved I brought up the chain of command, and it has been ignored. This is a big reason for low morale in the company and a reason for them to lose a great employee that has the passion and qualifications to help advance the company, which are ignored completely in favor of promoting newer hires. What does Senior mean if it is given to those that are not qualified and not those that are being used to continue doing the work? Several managers are not doing their job and they are trying to put that on me because I am pointing it out to them. Now another HR person has left and I need to go up the chain of command to the CEO. They will probably just tow the line of lies.
