The disparity between student minimum wage and “real worker” minimum wage.

If you want to pay students less, then justify it with more benefits. Don't schedule in advance then go full Pikachu face when someone quits or says they can't show up. It's your profit margin offset by the fact you PAY THEM LESS. THAT'S THE POINT. IF YOU VALUE LOYALTY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND MORE MONEY, THEN TEACH YOUR MANAGERS HOW TO HIRE AND SCHEDULE BETTER, AND HIRE FULL TIME “REAL” EMPLOYEES!!!
