The entire staff resigned at the same time.

I work at a small franchise restaurant (6-7 stores). Right after new year the manager was forced to quit because she wasn't engaged enough,even though she worked 180-200hours per month. We worked understaffed and without a manager for 2 months before the head office decided to hire a new manager, who was completely unqualified. The new manager created a horrible world environment, because he simply couldn't do his job. Two weeks in me and a colleague (both of us the most senior staff) decided to quit,and we informed the rest of the tram. I have a 3 month resignation period so i have plenty of time to find a new job, so i went ahead and send in my resignation letter. In the following days 11 out of 12 team members delivered their resignation, including the manager. Forcing the restaurant to close down. Per my contract i have two months…
