I know, I know, duh. Preaching to the choir here. There's so much to say about fast food but one thing I've noticed working lately is the abhorrent amount of waste it produces. So much single-use plastic it's insane. Dozen or more garbage bags per day at just my store, across the country or world I can't imagine how that's sustainable. Because it isn't. Side note we also microwave and serve chicken/cheese in plastic containers which is kinda terrifying.
