The final straw

So, I've been working for a company for over a year now and have recently been refused a payrise with a very standard excuse (if you go by many of the antiwork posts). I even had part of my social media picked apart in the process which has nothing to my work performance. Anyway, today I discussed the fact that a task I've been given was not covered by the training I've recieved and I'm finding it very difficult to progress and I don't even know where to look to progress with said task.

I then heard a snort from my boss and have been accused of doing nothing but training for the last few months.

I have indeed done training for the last few months, prepared training documents for the team and completed and assisted on many pieces of work in between, all of which my boss appears to have forgotten about. I've heard stories that this place can be a toxic work environment, but after hearing some some employees had to say to each other on a work night out, and paired with this, I figured it's best to start looking for somewhere else to go.

I should also mention said boss chooses to work on the weekends and over annual leave to catch up on work, which to me sounds like my worst nightmare.

Would you agree?
